“We cannot be Christians part-time. If Christ is at the center of our lives, He is present in all that we do.” Pope Francis
As a ministry of the Diocese, the faculty, staff and administration of All Saints Academy work closely with our parish partners and the diocese to serve and to form our students. At All Saints Academy, we consider religion to be more than a subject or a class; it is a way of life. The teachings of our master teacher, Jesus Christ, serve as the model for all our actions and interactions and call us to be His hands, His eyes, His feet and His body out in the world. Students as young as kindergarten are learning to serve the Lord. Students have multiple opportunities to learn about and to practice their faith. Students participate in:
daily religious instruction
daily morning prayer
weekly school Mass
monthly parish Mass
special prayer services
outreach service projects
altar serving (grades four to eight)
As part of the school's comprehensive faith formation program, students receive sacramental preparation during their school day. Upon completion of their studies, students may receive the sacraments as follows:
Grade 2 - Reconciliation
Grade 2 and 3 - First Holy Communion
Grade 7 and 8 - Confirmation
Children new to the Catholic faith can be baptized after one year of religious instruction at any age.
